KDEV.ST said late on Monday it had appointed Fredrik Jarrsten as Deputy Chief
Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
** Engineering group Hexpol HPOLb.ST said late on Monday it had acquired
Preferred Compounding, an advanced rubber compounder in the United States.
Preferred had sales in 2018 of $240 mln and around 540 employees in six
facilities, five in the U.S. and one in Mexico.
** Installation firm Instalco INSTAL.ST said it had acquired VIP-Sahko Oy
in Finland, a company specialising in new construction of residential property
and offices. In the 2018/2019 financial year, its sales were SEK 95 million.
** Property firm Hemfosa HEMF.ST has acquired an office portfolio in
Finland with a majority of community services sector tenants, at an underlying
property value of approximately MSEK 465. Says the acquisition strengthens its
presence in the Helsinki area.
** Commercial property firm Fastpartner FPAR.ST publishes its second
quarter report.
